Real Estate Email Designs
I’ve designed marketing emails for a couple of real estate agents who reached out to me for help with promoting their listings. The goal was to create emails that highlighted the property’s best features in a clean, visually appealing way while making key details easy to scan at a glance.
Through these projects, I learned how to use Constant Contact for email design. One client specifically chose this platform after researching options, and another adopted it after I recommended it based on my experience. I learned how to use Constant Contact quickly and I’m confident I could learn any email design software a client prefers.
Communication was also a key part of the process. In one case, a client called me while reviewing the design, and we went through it together in real time. I made edits on the spot based on her feedback, and she was able to send the final version as soon as she was satisfied.
I also gained troubleshooting experience. One of her contacts replied to the email, and the formatting looked off in the reply. After looking into it, I learned that the original email was formatted correctly — it was the reply/forward process that changed the layout. That discovery gave me a deeper understanding of how email clients handle HTML and helped me better explain the issue to the client.
Overall, these projects strengthened my design skills, taught me a new platform, and gave me practical experience in client collaboration and problem-solving.
