An e-Commerce Premade Meal Service

Heat and Eat Meals is a new business venture started by my parents out of their restaurant. They offer premade, chef crafted meals available for online ordering.

Problem

There was a need for a user-friendly website that made pre-ordering meals straightforward and accessible for customers who want quick meal solutions.

Process

I developed the website on WordPress, integrating WooCommerce and Orderable for the e-commerce functionality. I focused on creating a straightforward user experience, ensuring that visitors could easily understand how to order meals and arrange pick-up. Additionally, I designed the logo, established a cohesive brand identity, manage the Facebook page, and manage the email marketing.

Results

The website is live and the business is set to launch in November 2024. I anticipate that it will enable customers to pre-order meals with ease. I expect positive feedback regarding the straightforward ordering process and the overall branding.

packaging sleeves
I designed meal tray sleeves with space under the logo for printed product labels. This flexible design works across multiple products. Each sleeve also features a unique QR code that directs customers to detailed ingredient lists and heating instructions.

mailerlite
Email campaigns are created through MailerLite.

facebook business page
Organic and paid advertising is primarily through Facebook Business Manager.

I created the logo using Adobe Illustrator.

referral plugin
I implemented a referral plugin to encourage customer engagement.
